Within the studio you will encounter a one to one service in a private and peaceful treatment room. There are no intrusive salon noises or rushed appointments. We are dedicated to ensure that the stress of your everyday life is left outside and that your road to relaxation and restorative healing begins at the door of Holistic Garden.
We use only natural and organic products, void of any harmful additives or preservatives.
There is a history of massage being used as therapy for thousands of years and in many different cultures. We offer several different kinds, but all help to release tension, decrease or remove pain, relax the mind and improve emotional and mental well-being.
Reiki is a treatment where energy flows from practitioner to client and encourages healing in body, mind and spirit. Used also to open locked areas and to improve the energy flow within the body. It also rebalances chakras and relaxes the mind.
Tibetan Singing Bowls
This is a profoundly relaxing sound therapy. It helps to rebalance chakras and improve mental and emotional states. Particularly good for stress, depression, insomnia.
Yoga is probably the best discipline of all to achieve harmony between body, mind and spirit through physical poses (Asanas), breathing techniques (Pranayamas) and meditation.
