Holistic Massage is beneficial for stress reduction, in breaking down waste deposits and improving blood circulation. This massage encourages relaxation, relieves stress, improves circulation and posture, relaxes muscles and improves flexibility, relieves tension headaches, strengthens immune system and can help to decrease feelings of depression.
INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE
Indian Head Massage involves a relaxing but invigorating massage on the head, neck and shoulders. Working with a firm and gentle rhythm it helps to relieve muscular discomfort and tension along with calming the spirit and aiding relaxation. TRADITIONAL HAWAIIAN MANA LOMI MASSAGE

Sport massage is a special form of massage and mobilization techniques and is typically used before, during, and after athletic events. The purpose of the massage is to prepare the athlete for peak performance, to drain away fatigue, to relieve swelling, to reduce muscle tension, to promote flexibility and to prevent injuries. The main purpose of sports massage is to help alleviate the stress and tension which builds up in the body’s soft tissues during physical activity. Where minor injuries and lesions occur, due to overexertion and/or overuse, massage can break them down quickly and effectively.
DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
Deep tissue massage is a type of massage therapy that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas such as stiff necks, low back tightness, and sore shoulders. Deep tissue massage also helps to break up and eliminate scar tissue.
Some of the same strokes are used as classic massage therapy, but the movement is slower and the pressure is deeper and concentrated on areas of tension and pain. Deep tissue massage is recommended for athletes, those who have sustained a physical injury, and those who experience consistent back and muscular problems.
TRADITIONAL THAI MASSAGE
Traditional Thai Massage is more rigorous than more classic forms of massage, with it described as being both a relaxing and energizing form of massage. In Thai Massage the therapist uses hands, knees, legs and feet to move you into series of yoga like stretches. Muscle compression, joint mobilization and acupressure are also used during the treatment. The massage therapist treats the whole body using a flowing sequence of applied pressure to energy lines, massage movements, stretches and yoga exercises. Thai Massage releases tension, increases vitality and creates wholeness of mind, body and spirit. The benefits of Thai Massage also include: relaxation; stress reduction; improved circulation; increased energy; increased flexibility; improved range of motion; stimulates functioning of internal organs; balances the nervous system; centers mind and body.
THAI FOOT REFLEXOLOGY MASSAGE
Thai Foot Massage is a combination of Thai massage and Reflexology. The acupressure energy meridians of the lower leg are stimulated by finger pressure, while the reflexology points of the feet are stimulated using a special wooden stylus, which enables considerable accuracy when working on specific reflex points which correspond to different body organs and systems, and that pressing them has a beneficial effect on the organs and person’s general health.
TIBETAN SINGING BOWLS HEALING
Tibetan singing bowls are a type of instrument used for a sound healing.
Tibetan Singing Bowl Healing is profoundly relaxing. The bowls produce a specific sound. As the bowls vibrate, they send waves of vibration throughout person’s body harmonizing cells and balancing chakras. It has a relaxing hypnotic effect on the brain, slowing brain waves and inducing deep meditative state.

Reiki is a traditional, energy healing system that encourages healing on all levels of body, mind and spirit. It is administered by the “laying on hands”. The healer acts as a channel for the universal life force energy directing it to the receiver.
